EMBRace

Engaging, Managing, and Bonding through Race (EMBRace) works specifically with African-American youth (ages 10-14) and their parent(s) to confront racial trauma and stress together while promoting strength and bonding within the family. The program sessions consists of parent-child conversations, games and activities that families complete together and separately with trained clinicians.

Families meet with us for about an hour and a half each week over the 7-week program. Snack are provided at every meeting and families receive a gift card at the close of the program.
